Litti chokha

Everyone, know about the litti chokha the famous cuisine in bihar the litti made with aata         ( flour ) and sattu ( gram flour ) mixting flour into the water and make a dough and then fill the sattu into it and the chokha made by the birnjal ( baigan) and aloo cut the aloo and brinjal then put into the cooker add some specices like red chilli, salt,oil and coriander leaves and then 2 to 3 whirtle finally gas off the litti chokha ready to eat.



Dal pitha

The famous in bihari native people  the daal pitta made by the rice flour and added the herbs and specics it is a very healty and light weight food in bihar who is eaten by everyone. its appearance like a dumpling and light fried and stream that's because its healty for our body.


Thekua

Every bihari love these cuisine by the emotionally because thekau made during the festive of chaath every biahri emotinally attached with these festive and the thekua. The thekua is sweet dish made from the wheat flour, jaggery,and coconut are crunchy from the outside and the soft on the inside delightful contrast of textures.


Khaja

Khaja is just like a deep fried pastry commonly fill with fruits and soaked with sugar syrup. its particularly popular in the town of silao near nalanda and is a must try everyone with a sweet mouth
