                            A travelogue on bodh gaya 

Bodh Gaya, located in the Indian state of Bihar is one of the most sacred places in Buddhism. It is here under the sacred Bodhi Tree that Siddhartha Gautama attained enlightenment and became the Buddha.

Mahabodhi temple

The Mahabodhi Temple is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

I spent hours wandering through the temple grounds, meditating under the Bodhi Tree, where the Buddha achieved enlightenment. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I felt a deep sense of connection to the countless pilgrims who had come here before me.

One of the highlights of my visit was sitting under the Bodhi Tree. I feel like a connented to the god it is so peaceful surrounding there monk chainting buddham saranam gachchami of the original tree under which the Buddha meditated and get enlightenment.
